incorporaci\u00f3 de productes locals o de proximitat i l\u2019aposta per un men\u00fa m\u00e9s saludable est\u00e8s a tots els centres i aposten per continuar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Un 75% de les<strong> fam\u00edlies <\/strong>els hi agradaria anar algun dia a <strong>dinar al menjador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #e5b232;\"><strong>En quant a la comunicaci\u00f3&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>La majoria de fam\u00edlies coneixen el projecte tot i que un 56% d\u2019elles no van poder assistir a cap reuni\u00f3 de presentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9s de la meitat de les fam\u00edlies enquestades han consultat la p\u00e0gina web del projecte.<\/li>\n<li>En algunes escoles la publicaci\u00f3 dels men\u00fas a la web va amb retard.<\/li>\n<li>Millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 a fam\u00edlies i monitoratge.<\/li>\n<li>Algunes fam\u00edlies <strong>no entenen el perqu\u00e8 de fer el dia vegetal<\/strong>, alguns confonen el dia vegetal amb un dia vegetari\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Alguns enquestats no saben perqu\u00e8 nom\u00e9s donen l\u00e0ctic un dia i la resta fruita.<\/li>\n<li>Es comenta la possibilitat que es publiquin m\u00e9s receptes a la web.<\/li>\n<li>Nom\u00e9s un 35% dels infants han fet saber als seus pares que han menjat productes locals, sobretot productes l\u00e0ctics (iogurt i formatge) i c\u00e0rnics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #e5b232;\"><strong>En quant al men\u00fa&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Un 93% dels enquestats troben \u00fatil que els men\u00fas siguin per dies i no per setmanes.<\/li>\n<li>Un 79% dels enquestats troben positiu que tots els centres educatius comparteixin el mateix men\u00fa patr\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Un 77% de les fam\u00edlies creuen que ha millorat la qualitat dels aliments al menjador.<\/li>\n<li>Un 97% de les fam\u00edlies valoren positivament la incorporaci\u00f3 de productes de proximitat.<\/li>\n<li>Moles fam\u00edlies remarquen no nom\u00e9s potenciar productes de proximitat, sin\u00f3 <strong>tamb\u00e9 ecol\u00f2gics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Es comentar la <strong>poca varietat de verdures<\/strong> durant la temporada d\u2019hivern.<\/li>\n<li>Els productes de la comarca que els pares trobarien m\u00e9s interessants que estiguessin al men\u00fa son la <strong>carn (sobretot ecol\u00f2gica) i els l\u00e0ctics.<\/strong> Amb menys vots per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 la fruita, les patates, les hortalisses, el pa i els ous.<\/li>\n<li>Alguna fam\u00edlia comenta la possibilitat de <strong>variar el dia vegetal de dia<\/strong>, no sempre el dilluns.<\/li>\n<li>En alguns casos comenten de tenir una <strong>adaptaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica dels men\u00fas pels m\u00e9s petits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>No s\u2019acaba de veure b\u00e9 la combinaci\u00f3 de pasta amb llegums.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #e5b232;\"><strong>En quant a la <strong>que es mantinguin aquelles preparacions de tota la vida<\/strong> i que funcionen: espaguetis bolonyesa, truita de patates, arr\u00f2s a la cubana, croquetes de tota la vida (i no sempre de llegums).<\/li>\n<li>En alguns centres el men\u00fa dels dilluns (dia vegetal) \u00e9s poc atractiu, en canvi a altres centres es valora molt positivament i \u00e9s atractiu pels alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Algunes fam\u00edlies es queixen de que els alumnes mengen fred, sovint <strong>poques quantitats<\/strong>, en alguns casos <strong>sense poder repetir<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 fa que es quedin amb gana.<\/li>\n<li>Les fam\u00edlies destaquen la bona <strong>qualitat dels productes<\/strong> que es serveixen actualment per\u00f2 la <strong>poca creativitat i\/o mala praxis a la cuina<\/strong> que fa que l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 final no sigui bona ni atractiva. En algunes escoles es queixen <strong>d\u2019elaboracions soses, amb textures no adequades o passades.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Alguns cuiners comenten que la <strong>feina d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels men\u00fas dels dilluns<\/strong> \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran que la dels resta de dies, tot i que ho prefereixen els dilluns.<\/li>\n<li>Alguns cuiners de <strong>l\u00ednia freda<\/strong> comenten la <strong>dificultat d\u2019aconseguir una truita acceptada pels alumnes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #e5b232;\"><strong>En quant a l\u2019educaci\u00f3&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>A un 89% dels enquestats <strong>els agraden els valors educatius i alimentaris del projecte<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Caldria comunicar als alumnes els productes locals que mengen i aix\u00ed <strong>donar-los valor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Les fam\u00edlies proposen potenciar la part educativa fent <strong>tallers de cuina<\/strong> pels nens a l\u2019escola, o <strong>activitats<\/strong> per treballar els bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris, anar a <strong>visitar productor locals<\/strong>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Caldria considerar i treballar per reduir el <strong>malbaratament<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Valorar incorporar <strong>h\u00e0bits d\u2019higiene<\/strong>: rentar-se les mans i les dents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=\u00bb3.
