Remenem tot b\u00e9 i fem les pilotetes. Les passem per farina o maizena i les fregim (les dels al\u00b7l\u00e8rgics i musulmans les fregirem en una paella petita apart)<\/p>\n<p>Apart fem un bon sofregit de ceba i pebrot verd que cuinarem lentament i quan estigui llest, el triturarem.<\/p>\n<p>Preparem el tom\u00e0quet posant una mica d\u2019oli en una paella, afegim el tom\u00e0quet i quan ha redu\u00eft una mica li afegim una cullerada petita de sucre per treure l\u2019acidesa. Rectificarem de sal i afegirem el sofregit.<\/p>\n<p>Ho posarem tot dins una cassola junt a les mandonguilles i els p\u00e8sols, que pr\u00e8viament haurem bullit, i deixarem que faci xup-xup un quart d\u2019hora. Si cal afegirem una mica de brou i &#8230; llestes per assaborir-les.<\/p>\n<p>En dos plats diferents, haurem posat les mandonguilles pels al\u00b7l\u00e8rgics al gluten i les de pollastre pels musulmans.<br \/>Bon profit i desitgem que us agradin!!!<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Novembre.
