Des de fa 3 anys i mig s\u00f3c cuinera de <strong>l\u2019Escola Santa Coloma<\/strong> de Ger i <strong>la llar d\u2019Infants el Drac Blanc<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 de Ger. Comptarem 10 minuts des del moment en que l\u2019aigua bulli, despr\u00e9s els retirem de foc i deixem que es refredin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparem el sofregit:<\/strong> Netegem i piquem la ceba tendra. La sofregim en un bon raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que se\u2019ns torni transparent.<\/li>\n<li>Afegim la carn picada salpebrada i anem remenant perqu\u00e8 ens quedi ben solta.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop cuita afegim el tom\u00e0quet triturat, un polsim de sucre, sal i pebre. Remenem b\u00e9 i ho deixem coure fins que el tinguem cuit. Reservem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Fem la beixamel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posem la llet a escalfar en un cass\u00f3 (no ha de bullir).<\/li>\n<li>En una paella a foc mitj\u00e0-baix posem a fondre la mantega.<\/li>\n<li>Afegim la farina i remenem perqu\u00e8 se\u2019ns cogui de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el roux (barreja de mantega i farina) se\u2019ns hagi enrossit i perdi l\u2019olor de farina crua, afegirem poc a poc la llet calenta, tot remenant amb un batedor de m\u00e0, perqu\u00e8 es vagi incorporant i fent una mescla homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem la nou moscada, el pebre, la sal i remenem.<\/li>\n<li>Ho deixarem coure a foc lent, remenant-ho sovint, fins que se\u2019ns cogui b\u00e9. Si espesseix molt hi afegirem llet.<\/li>\n<li>Reservem.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acabem el plat:<\/strong> Partim els ous longitudinalment i amb compte retirem el rovell de l\u2019ou, que ratllarem i incorporarem al bol on hi tenim sofregit.<\/li>\n<li>Barregem el sofregit de la carn, els rovells ratllats dels ous i unes quatre cullerades soperes de beixamel.<\/li>\n<li>Preparem la safata on servirem els ous farcits amb un fons de beixamel. Farcim, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019una cullera sopera, les cassoletes d\u2019ou amb la massa que acabem de preparar i les col\u00b7loquem a la safata.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tots farcits, els cobrim amb la beixamel restant i formatge ratllat (emmental, gruy\u00e8re, \u2026).I gratinar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desembre.
